What kind of ad network have you used in the past, and what kind was it? For example Google has its adwords or adsense and its ppc (pay per click). We have used google before but they don't pay that well and integration is not seemless..so whats your opinion and what are your favourite ones?

I have used so far adsense(ppc), clicksor(ppc), searchfeed(ppc), chitika(ppc) and recently I started with Kontera (ppc) and azoogleads (cpa)
From the ones I have used in the past I made some valueable money only with adsense.
Chitika is paying less than any other network, but it was the best alternative I ever used for adsense.
Searchfeed is not paying much, but as you are using their XML feeds and you can actually choose how to display their ads, they have good convertions.
Clicksor is the worst company I ever tried, and I think that they are scam.

I think the best paying ad company I used up to date has been Google. Their payouts turned out to be much more profitable than 2 other ad companies combined. I need to find the name of those 2 companies but one thing was for sure, Google gave me good results and a good payout. The other nice thing about Google is that most of the time it doesn't get blocked by 95% of Ad blockers, even my brute Ad munching program.
Until I find one that gives better payouts than Google, I think I will stick to ad-words.

CPA affiliate networks are also good. Many people are earning well over $1,000 per month from these. Many of them have offers where you add them to your website or put them onto a landing page and all your visitor needs to do is to either full in their zip code or email address and you will then get paid for that lead. It could be anywhere from $0.35 - $2.5+.
If you want to know what these sorts of sites look like then there is a large amount of cpa networks listed here.
