I don't know if this thread has already been created but anyways here it goes....
So is anyone using this solution for their website? I was wondering how effective it is and if it really helps your advertisement campaign. Is this better than rotating banners and such?

I actually do use it on a few of my sites. I make on average a day about 5-8$. So I gues that it pretty good, the banners, links and ads are related to the page which is pretty sweet. I like the service thats for sure. Support for it is awesome as well!

But you have to pay for adwords right? So where is your revenue?

I think Francis is talking about Adsense...now I have personally not used adwords, but i have heard it just depends on the market competiveness...if you are in a niche market...the more return you have

Oops yes, wrong one. Though they are in the end the same service. I do see that the banners end up coming really well with the content of the page. The only bad thing I can see from that is if the content is posted on competitor sites. Though you can configure it and tell it not to show up on such sites, you may miss a few and end up having ads there as well. All in all though, it seems like a decent service. But I prefer the Adwords which are site specific, if you were to click on the ads on my site you would be able to advertise with Adwords on my sites.

Well, Adwords is effective in terms of advertisement campaigns. You can see that most of your traffic do mostly come from Adwords. And how to convert the traffic into sales, it has to depend on how well your product/services you are offering. If compared to banners, that depends. Some people won't click on rotating banners and find it rather distracting.

I can't say if it's good or bad since I just started using this. I do hope I'll get more traffic since I can't afford paying too much for promotion. Even 30 USD a month is a serious amount of money for me.

for the subject adwords-> it is good if you are promoting sites. This can also generate targeted traffic to your site, that is your revenue. Traffic to your site.
Adsense of course as oppose to adwords, you gain when someone clicks on your website ads. This also a good way of earning money thru ads. High targeted traffic is a must.
