I have a domain registered with Nexel Domains, and I used to have hosting with Staminet, but now i have changed hosts to Xeserve. However I am unable to signup for hosting right now because the Nexel Domains site doesn't seem to be working! (for almost 2 weeks now). If i want to change hosts I must chage the name servers by logging into my Nexel Domains account which I cannot do because the site is not working. I have tried to contact support, but I have gotten no replies, and waiting for the domain to expire is not suitable cause it expires in another year.

If anyone here has any suggestions as to what I should to and how, please tell me, as I need my site up and running again.

nexeldomains was a reseller for Directi or also known as ResellerClub (their reseller company) so maybe you can try going through there?
