I have been searching for lead capture for a while know!

can someone tell me if soft ware is the way to go? I have doubt on the soft ware ! reason being I have never seen a lead capture that was created with soft ware " that had page rank,! I know for sure pr ids a direct indication on the site getting up in the engines.
