Been a while since i posted here, but it seems that i am in need of some assistance.

The details of the problem are in the attached document, but basically:

I have a database, and i have a bunch of files named in a specific way. I need to interpret the filenames and create an entry in the database. I need to be able to create a new database as well. It will have to sort the database, and then crate groups, it will then randomize the entries, give each entry a number and then copy the file into appropriate folders.

Then on another screen i would need to have at least two people entering data into the database through simple forms. If there is a discrepency, the database should notify the users.

If you have a chance, please have a look through the document and let me know which programs would be required, and if all of the requirements can be carried out using Microsoft Access.
