you will get them from the same place as the arcade itself or try looking at their support sites, i.e. ibproarcade.com ibproarcade-vb.com

I get arcade games for my forum from www.arcadetown.com be warned, some games will play, just won't record scores etc. for your forum, this can be fixed with a few bits of code I am sure. |

yes but it usually involves ripping open the game and adding .fla code..there are huge amounts of legal issues with this practice  |

Oh... I guess that is a vbulletin thing, I do it every now and then, except for SMF all you need to do is modify the forum code so the arcade recognizes the game.
I wouldn't recommend doing anything illegal though  |
