What software are you using for your hosting/support?
We use....
Control Panel: cPanel/WHM
Support: Kayako eSupport
Billing: Modernbill
LiveChat: Stardevelop LiveHelp Messenger
Have to admit that SupportTrio looks very, very good.

Support: Via ModernBill's integrated ticket system.
Billing: PayPal - via ModernBill
LiveChat: None yet. If I had to choose, kayako, because I've used it before.

Control Panel is Helm from WebhHostAutomation
Live Support is via Phone or IM. There are normally 2 or 3 members of staff available on MSN Messenger. We do have Help Centre Live but it's never used.
Everything else is done via ASPBite, our own CMS system, which intergrates everything with our web sites.
Support is via the support module, allows multi levels (client, reseller, account manager, techs, host) so Resellers can have a branded system and escalate tickets direct to us.
Billing is via our Products/Carts/Orders/Invoices/Statements module. This allows us to progress an order from start to finish with auto reminders/renewals/statements. Data is then batched into our accounting software, Sage, for the accountants. It also allows clients to log in and view/manage all their orders/transactions/payments.

ClientEXEC is getting better and better. To be honest, I have started to stop using PerlDesk for a long time now...I have never really even used it ever since I bought it last year. Even clients prefer the ClientEXEC Help Desk Look and Feel.
Provide support is not bad, they're improving in letting customers customize the look and feel more and more!

Billing: Custom web and desktop application
I serve my local country and most of them will not using their CC for internet payment. They do payment via Bank Transfer. So it would be cheaper and useful for me to develop custom application to handle my billing.

I heard that Direct Admin on Linux is also very fast and east to use.
