Has anyone been successfully able to pipe email in cPanel to a piece of software. I have been trying for days with Kayako SupportSuite..and nothing seems to work...I am getting no server errors..no delivery failed errors...exim logs seem fine...

For Kayako just ask them and they install it usually for free.

For the client to whom I did a website, they helped him with the piping since it took them a few moments to get it done. Since the rest was already installed and working.
