You can only do this once. If you atttack me and loose I'll give you (in yappers) the total of your damage for that battle.

Attack me and win at least once then I'll give you nothing.
Attack me more then once and I'll use the lowest damage calculated.

Well anyone can participate, but as you said it isn't really beneficial to anyone strong enough to do some damage or to anyone that has bank & a large army.

Just to add: You'll need to post in this thread that you attacked and whether or not you want displayed (in this thread) the amount you won.
